SHIPPING

Orders $75 and up receive free shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. 

RETURNS

Returns accepted within 7 days for a refund back to the original payment method or store credit. After 7 days, unworn and unused items are accepted for store credit only and within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see additional terms below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt. 

To start a return for online orders, please contact us at rachel@goldieshop.com and include your order number. We also accept online order returns in-store. Please note that return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with return questions at rachel@goldieshop.com

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Items that have been used or worn are not eligible for return. Personalized items are final sale and non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift certificates.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please start the return process for the item you wish to return, and place a new and separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
